1. Acceptance of terms

By using Branetor, you agree to these terms.

2. Service description

Branetor is an AI-guided strategic planning platform, offered by subscription.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Plans are billed monthly or annually, as selected. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the already-paid period.

5. Content ownership

The content of your strategic plan (what you write and generate using the platform) belongs to you/your organization. Branetor does not claim ownership over your content.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use Branetor for illegal activities, or attempt to compromise the platform's security.

7. Limitation of liability

Branetor is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia, Canada.
