    Formulation of 3 to 7 strategies, calibrated to your organization's size and reality, built directly on the previous analysis.

    Objectives and targets

    Translation of each strategy into measurable objectives and concrete targets, with defined timelines.

    Action plan

    Operational detail: activities, owners and resources, organized in a spreadsheet exportable to Excel or PDF.

    Key performance indicators with a traffic-light panel, to monitor progress at a glance.
